Testnet is evolved, introducing the new testnet, Frankenstein

The OneLedger Team is excited to announce the launch of our refurbished testnet, Frankenstein. Developers now have the capability to launch the OneLedger Full node in a matter of seconds, on our Frankenstein Testnet. By launching the full node, developers get access to the OneLedger blockchain network, where they can develop and deploy their own Solidity smart contracts and have the ability to create decentralized applications. In addition, any user can simply launch a Frankenstein Full Node in efforts to support the Frankenstein Network.

This will help community members to preview the technology and help us with this testing phase. We have been working hard to build our interoperable blockchain technology. We are anxious to see how developers will use our Frankenstein Network to deliver amazing Dapps for your users.

The purpose of this update is to collect system data on the consensus protocol under more dynamic conditions and at a larger scale than we can sustain internally. Please support our nexus DeFi project and other dapps that will be onboard. And it will be conducive if the community can help us generate data that we can analyze and feedback into our next development. We also want your feedback on everything related to the testnet block explorer experience.

We’re also working to provide super easy and fast ways for participants to engage with the testnet and monitor the network’s activity by running a full node, on google cloud you can run a testnet in a second and the tutorial and more information can be found on our GitHub.
